Who we are

This notice explains how Fielra ("Fielra", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data submitted through this website. Fielra is the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide:

• Full name and organisation
• Work email address
• Your preferred date/time for a call and any context you provide

Please do not submit asset registers, personal data belonging to third parties, or confidential information through the contact form. Secure transfer arrangements are provided separately once the scope and contractual requirements for an engagement are agreed.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements, and — where you engage us — to deliver the agreed services. We do not sell your data or use it for purposes unrelated to your enquiry.

Legal basis

We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and, where an engagement proceeds, to take steps toward and perform a contract with you or your organisation.

Third parties

Contact form submissions are delivered to us via a third-party form-processing service (Web3Forms). No other third parties receive data submitted through this website.

Retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to it and, where an engagement proceeds, for the duration of that relationship and any period required afterward for legal, accounting or contractual purposes.

Cookies

This website does not use non-essential or tracking cookies. If that changes, this notice — and a separate Cookie Notice — will be updated accordingly.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at benita.agada@viableconsultants.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.

Client engagement data

Asset registers and other source data submitted as part of a client engagement are handled under the terms of the contract and Data Processing Agreement agreed for that engagement, not under this general website notice. A copy is available during procurement.
